Who can benefit from using HYPERDOCKET?

Any client having more than one or two issued/pending domestic/foreign patents or trademarks can benefit from the quick and easy access to information provided by the HYPERDOCKET service.

How much does the HYPERDOCKET service cost?

The cost will vary depending on a number of factors, including the size of the client's IP portfolio and the scope of information that the client requests be made available on the the HYPERDOCKET site.  Once a client's HYPERDOCKET pages are initially set-up, the updating process is a relatively inexpensive task performed by one of the Firm's paralegals or legal assistants.

How current is the information available at the HYPERDOCKET web site?

Generally, the Firm will update a client's HYPERDOCKET  pages within 48 hours after the receipt or filing of a paper that affects the status of a patent or trademark being monitored by the Firm.  The currency of information available from a link to PTO or other online records will vary and may not be as current as that supplied directly from Waddey & Patterson client files.  Each of the HYPERDOCKET client pages will include information about when the page was last updated by the Firm.

How secure is the information available at the HYPERDOCKET web site?

No information accessed from a computer connected to the Internet can be 100% secure.   However, two levels of password security are provided to minimize the risk of exposing any confidential information to third-parties.  Also, most if not all of the information that a client typically seeks to access through the HYPERDOCKET service is available from other sources. (Although not with the ease of access and use offered by HYPERDOCKET!)

Who developed the HYPERDOCKET service?

HYPERDOCKET was developed exclusively by Waddey & Patterson as a service for its clients.
